Our orders ship out within three business days. For first-time customers looking for free shipping in the US, we encourage you to subscribe to our mailing list.
RUXWOOD is not responsible for missing packages that are marked “delivered” by local postal carriers. If this occurs, please submit a missing request to your carrier.
INTERNATIONAL
Packages shipping internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Typically, these charges are due once the product arrives at the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for obtaining information relating to their country’s specific laws and regulations when buying our products.
RUXWOOD is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged orders by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched with delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.
If your order is shipped back to us and arrives safely, we will refund you for the order minus the cost of shipping.
Most international packages arrive within 3 weeks of purchase but can take up to 6 weeks.
RETURNS
Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Make sure all intimates are tried on over your own undergarments - we cannot accept returns on intimates that have been damaged or worn. The cost of the return label will be subtracted from the return amount so please be sure to check the sizing on the product page before you make your purchase. Returns do not include the initial cost of shipping.
If you’re planning to exchange for a different size, we will gladly waive the cost of the return label.
We cannot accept returns for customers outside of the U.S.

MATERIALS
We opted for sustainable materials, using clear cellophane bags made from oriented polypropylene, which is an odorless, non-toxic, and eco-friendly material. Our products are also shipped in 100% recycled kraft mailers that are biodegradable.
