Our orders ship out within three business days. For first-time customers looking for free shipping in the US, we encourage you to subscribe to our mailing list.

RUXWOOD is not responsible for missing packages that are marked “delivered” by local postal carriers. If this occurs, please submit a missing request to your carrier.

INTERNATIONAL

We're currently restructuring our international shipping process and want to make sure the experience is frictionless before we open it up again. We'll be making an announcement once it's live and appreciate your patience.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns/exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Make sure all intimates are tried on over your own undergarments - we cannot accept returns on intimates that have been damaged or worn. The cost of the return label will be subtracted from the return amount so please be sure to check the sizing on the product page before you make your purchase. Returns do not include the initial cost of shipping.

If you’re planning to exchange for a different size, we will gladly waive the cost of the return label.

We cannot accept returns for customers outside of the U.S.

MATERIALS

We opted for sustainable materials, using clear cellophane bags made from oriented polypropylene, which is an odorless, non-toxic, and eco-friendly material. Our products are also shipped in 100% recycled kraft mailers that are biodegradable.
